Last part! A utilitarian rope guide. It's maybe a few inches taller than usual. The single makes it that way and I made clearance so I can use a bridle off the two bollards on the transoms cap without rubbing on the engine.

It should be welded up tonight and to the powder coater tomorrow morning. Install Friday or Saturday

Lake trials are scheduled for Sunday. (Amazing, finally). All electronics are working well. The engine data shows up on the lowrance hds unit.

So anybody know how many hours it takes to remove and replace a powerhead and a cylinder head? Suzuki df250.

Just trying to brace myself. Of course salmon season opened this weekend , local Suzuki dealer said call later in the week.

Thanks
Jason

funny how your mind works, I've gone from depression to insanity. One engine blows up and since I have to finance them any way I'm thinking twins might be nice....

I'd need a second start battery, a new binnacle control (not sure if I have room), and another hole in the transom. I'll need more fuel but I have determined that I really should have used the 85 gallon tank I have. the storage space below the console is too big!!

I'll pay my dealer a visit Wednesday and see what happens.
