Starboard, i miter the back and then supper heat so i can bend, when im done the miters ar touching and soft so they fuse together when they cool. I will also add two stiffners on the back side as this panel will be under the dash and on a hinge so it will be supporting some weight.

First coat came out nice, a few little bugs to brush out.

next stop powder coating. We have all the holes drilled in the bracket and will be sending it to powder coating Monday.
