what to do with an older life raft?

I have a 6 person Zodiac offshore life raft that I carried during a long voyage in the early 90's - fortunately it was never used. It has been sitting in it's container ever since - never opened until recently (to see if the mice had found a new home), and never inflated. I don't think it has much resale value but should still be in fine condition. Can anyone make good use of it for any purpose....perhaps for demonstrations or training? If you know of a non-profit group who could use it I would give it to them, or if you would like to buy it for any reason please let me know. The case is sound but the markings have been worn off thru use......located in Iowa.

Training schools who offer sea survival training might be interested as they are used in pools to demonstrate recovery etc

Locate your local sea cadet unit as they can use it as a demonstration on sea survival techniques.

I live in Iowa - no sea cadets, schools or ocean here......would like to find someone involved in an organization that may have a need rather than doing my own search - but thanks for the good suggestions.

Do you have a price in mind? We have a sail boat in Mexico and sail in the sea of cortez and the pacific. Is this a hard case or soft? Vicki

Hi, and thanks for your reply. It is hard case (image attached). I really don't have any price in mind but would accept whatever offer you feel would be fair considering the circumstances.....always prefer to see something used for it's intended purpose. thanks. bryan
