USCG certification on nautica 28 cat help!!

I am looking into a T boat cert for a 2003 Nautica 28' Catamaran. If there is anyone that has accomplished this I would greatly appreciate an introduction. Thanks in advance

Help?

The boat must be built with Fire Retardant Resin and to the best of my knowledge that rib is not. But if you can get a copy of the layup schedule from the now defunct nautica showing that fire retardant resin was used then all you would need to do is instal above deck fuel for gas engines then instal rails and do a stability test to determine the load count. But again no FRR then no luck!
