He He

Stoo,

If it weren't for alimony I'd been a dead man long ago, and almost succeeded with what I had left. It frightens me to think of what I would have done if I'd had more money! I also raised four beautiful children (none of them the same damn color) and when it was good, it was real good, women wise!

Grenada good and if you ever get to Dominica, that's a real place. They have a dive there Champagne, which tickles like a sob. A massive underground fresh water spring comes out of limestone on the bottom and the water is carbonated. The ocean/fresh mix makes it seem cloudy though.

Somehow I have this mental picture of you and ladybug with all your gear punching drifts on a couple of snowmobiles for fifty miles in a blizzard trying to get to an airport

Hottest winter in 250 year. Average temp +2 celcius.

No snow, ice only on smaller lakes...

Well, I'm happy to report that it warmed right up to -3C today, which is a quite a departure for the last 6 weeks. During that time we might have had one or to days warmer than -20 C, but for the most part overnight temps were in the -30 to -36 C range for the last 6 weeks.

PT, I was in Edmonton last week (returning from Jasper) and the windchill was -48C... It "was" a dry cold of course!

Thomas, your life sounds like the one I was heading toward during my brief stint as a guide in the Bahamas and Grand Cayman many years ago.... I never should have left! Mind you, my kids do appear to be a matched set, although my daughter bears an alarming resemblance to the aforementioned five-wife friend!

Pat, I think Dal's offer seems like a good one. I'd even be happy to tow your boat down there for you... and perhaps stay for a month or so!

Tomas, Limeydal, Stoo et al..

Well gentleman... seems to me Tomas and Limeydal are living large, thank you but no thank you Limeydal, the thought of looking at your spectacular photos on Ribnet of my boat out having fun while I chip out of more ice (freezing rain today) would be more than I could bear, as a matter of fact, just waterboard me while you're at it, it would ease the pain. Tomas, any work down there? I'm ready to run... Stoo, you have it worse, but you get to go south occasionally, I haven't been so fortunate... And Tuber? The weather reports from you... Insane, you are the man to just be able to tough it out...
I was all set to go to the Miami boat show this week when suddenly... work interfered.

Maybe if he ripped out just a corner of the postcard and sent that to you?

Ah yes, and therein lies the problem... Anyone interested in a mass retirement? Maybe Tomas could put us for a bit while we get re-established... Hook us up with some Sugga-Mamas!
