There is still a fair bit of ice on many of the rivers and lakes around here. A few days of warm temperatures and favorable wind should get rid of it, but the snowfall we got this morning sure doesn't help.

I "almost" got out this weekend. A buddy of mine picked up a new Bombard with a 75, so I gave him a hand with it. We were planning on heading out for a shakedown cruise, but it was pouring rain... and we're whimps!

I get my boat back Tuesday, so with a little luck, I'll be out later this week...

Everything is looking nice in Chicago. Warm days are here but the Lake is still cold. Launching the sail boat this weekend so soon the Trifecta will be back in action, SIB, RIB, and Sail. Ahhh summer time
