Re: 22 Nautica
Seems it's the Japanese who are "kicking ass" right now.. Consumer Reports just listed it's top 10 automobiles, for the first time ever they are all Japanese manufacturers, not good for the U.S. industry. Regarding the Nautica 22 in this thread, I had one of these boats, enjoyed it very much. I happen to know quite a bit about Nautica and am very familiar with their product. If you keep your foot out of it, this boat should be decent with the fuel economy at cruise, I have owned and run glass boats in the 26ft. range with twin 350 mercruisers and you get decent economy with them. I have one right now as a matter of a fact as well as my "other boat". With the right wheel, that Red Nautica should have a higher average speed at cruise, you will cover greater distance for gallons burned, you are not pushing much weight at all! Nautica is an American builder as they are Pembroke Pines Florida (North Miami) although if you want to get technical Franco was from Italy. Franco Rossi Sr. started this company and they build glass boats that are very well built, excellent performers, stylish and elegant as anything out there! You will not find a better Fiberglass rib in the states.
