Hi All,

This is the forcast direct from NOAA (for what that's worth).

"Saturday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 68. East wind between 5 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Saturday Night: A chance of showers. Patchy fog after midnight. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 52. East wind at 7 mph becoming north. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Sunday: A chance of showers, mainly before 9am. Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 65. North wind 5 to 9 mph becoming east. Chance of precipitation is 30%."

Sunday is by far better, but not by much, so much for a nice sunny day.

Let's see what the consensus thinks.

Bill

Based on the weather report and being that RIBCRAFT pulled out due to the weather, I'm inclined to agree that perhaps it's best to reschedule the whole thing. It's too long a drive to do a four hour cruise in 65 dg overcast. Unless it's gilligan's island of course, but that was a three hour cruise if memory serves me.

Hopefully we can come up wth a new date soon.

Bill

I think it was a smart idea to not make the trip today, ditto about finding another day in the future.... I think the beeping on my boat was nothing more than A LOW OIL WARNING, i JUST DIDNT THINK IT WOULD GO ON ONLY DURING ACCELERATION.

Bummer that it didn't come off. I was home in Marblehead today (Sunday), it was sunny and 60's, a beautiful day. Today would have been nice.

My RIB is due in Albany, NY next Monday. We'll have to pick another date to try again.
