Hi guys / Gals

I am going to San Diego late April / Early May.

Any info on where I can hire a rib would be appreciated.

You can try http://www.adventureribrides.com/san...excursions.htm

There is another charter boat but for the life of me I can't think of the name. I'm sure Mr. Limey will chime in with the name.

You can always send us San Diego Ribbers a note when you arriving and I'm sure someone will be able to take you out for a ride. Also, don't forget to pick our brains for any travel info you might need to make your holiday a pleasant one.

Hi EZ,
nice to see some members venturing this way
Can't think of any hire places that do RIB's But there is one guy who sells and repairs RIB's tha may have something or at least point you in the right direction.

He has a few used Zodiacs for sale that may be OK. Nothing really above 5.5 m though.
His email is on the site ,so drop him a line.
Good thing about his place is, that he's only a few hundred yards from the main launch ramp in san diego bay.
Good luck and drop me a line closer to the time.I would be happy to show you around
cheers Dal

Hi CAH, there you are! thought you had vanished
The main RIB tour is
http://www.xploreoffshore.com/

But I think EZ is looking to get behind the helm Russells boat is a charter operation where you travel and dine in style. If you want a RIB tour while eating caviar and drinking margauritas ,then Russells your man. Great local knowledge and experienced captain but dont think it's cheap.
cheers Dal

Great idea Dal, Ezgoing supplies the fish eggs and cold drinks and I'll be the passenger while he pilots my boat!
