PVC fabric near Toronto? Or shipped to Toronto ...

Just wondering where I can get PVC fabric and glue near Toronto?

In the attempt to fight air bubble which builds up under my SIB (close to transom) while on plane I would like to add 2 air chambers between SIB floor and bottom on the each side of the keel. So probably would need 3x3 meters fabric.

Also if you know place where it could be done professionally please also let me know.

If you're adding chambers, they would not need to be the same material (unless, I suppose, you're gluing them in place.)
