Might try Guy at Polaris Inflatables, assuming you can't find 2402 anywhere closer:

Hmmm. He offered to ship me some (International, no less; though it was about 6 years ago.) I went with the Weaver glue, as I can locally source it.

glue

Defender sells weaver and polymarine glue. Though the Poly marine is available in larger quantities.

Polymarine Hypalon 2 Part Adhesive

There's another thread on RIBNET about Tesco burgers. If you fry those up they will make glue for you.
