Hypalon Doubling
Here's a picture of us just finishing doublinga Zodiac MK 6. (adding another layer of hypalon)

We doubled the entire bottom including speed tubes on two boats for a cruise ship company.
They use these boats for beach landings with guests.

Each boat took about 40hr's. The boat is 23ft Long,
