I have a RIB charter business so I am leaving them on in case I can charter the boat to law enforcement agencies on the great lakes or east coast for special events. The lights are now covered with black electrical tape.

"Jobsworth" is the noun for a person who says (or could be easily envisaged) saying "its more than my jobs worth".

"Jobsworthy" would therefore be the adjective describing that characteristic in a person...
