At $4 a gallon, I just have to make sure a lot is going on in the Bay, before I venture out!

Hi guys
Been inactive for about a year. Rib got damaged in Huriicane (Jimena) as well as 2 ft of water thru. the house. Rib will be back on the marina in about a week. Gas is $3.00US on the marina and beer is $0.60 at the bar.
The problem with being retired is I never get a day off.

I'm a Brit. living in Mexico(Sea of Cortez) after 30 years in Arizona.

Cheers

T.

All that and sunshine, too? Tough life.

Gas here (on the street) is touching $4 a gallon, and a pint of ale at my usual bar is $5.25. No idea what marinas are charging for gas, but figure another buck or so.

Nice to hear from you, LL;

Daily, when I can. I notice that things don't move quickly here in the US forum, but folks are helpful when needed.

I'm just south of Boston and visit the site periodically. I'm looking for a fixer upper for sale to put my 110 OMC on and blast Boston Harbor!
I run a boat parts dept. so get great pricing on parts.

I check about once a week. I am in the middle of refurbing a SeaRider 5.4. this site is an invaluable resource.
Hoping to have it done by spring!

Let's say ~5 days / week when I'm already in front of a computer for work, at least to read the headlines.
