Hello to all fellow ribbers ....I have not posted here for a long long time (July 2006 to be exact ).

I wanted to say how enjoyable it is to see more rib owners on this side of the pond, I have gradually saw more ribs on the water and at the boat shows over the last 5 /6 years than I ever anticipated.

Yes, welcome back! New York....wow. Years ago while delivering a boat to Rhode Island we ducked into the outer harbor at around dawn, just to do it. One of my fantasy cruises would be to have my Searider under me and a few days to bounce around the harbor and rivers. Yes, somewhere off lower Manhattan at two AM with a piece of salami and a bottle of good wine! The Staten Island Ferry is in my opinion the cheapest thrill in NYC.
