733 Zodiac Hurricane

Looking for a tube that will fit on a 1999 733 Hurricane. My tube is not in bad shape just worn under the cones. Anyone have a suggestion? No one seems to want to tackle the repair.

How badly blown out is it?

FYI, stern transverse seam damage is caused by underinflation. It is vital to maintain the factory recommended pressure of 3.48 psi / 240 mb.

Ouch, material delamination... You could gluetex and patch over it, but really, if this problem is systemic, I would consider a new tube.

Tubes

Just something to keep in mind. Not all 733 tubes are interchangeable. I have had a few customers find that out the hard way after purchasing a tube.

Thanks I have read that. Do you know if there is any way to verify a match? Was it year of boat mfg like say 98 to 05 or did they make different ones in the same year. I have had a replacement tube from CPI for a Almar I have and a friend did Wing. Both came out good. I was just hoping to find a decent used set but as you have pointed out this may be pretty risky. Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

I think the only ones who know for sure is the Hurricane factory. I am not aware of a specific production range or any other easy way to tell. For sure the pointed bow tubes do not fit a flat bow tubed hull.

If you need a replacement built, try Silvio (fort lauderdale, FL)
