5 Zodiac FC-470's for sale from $500-$3500, pics!
Here are pics of 2 of the boats (the 2001 and the 1993). I just had all the boats serviced ($$) and any necessary repairs made by a Zodiac licensed repair shop run by a retired Navy SEAL. Here is a short breakdown of the boats as they are now along with updated pricing. I can take and email pics of any of the other boats to interested buyers.
2001 Zodiac FC470, excellent condition needs nothing, recent repairs include new sacrificial transom board, new TB toggles, flushed out speed tubes, rebuilt and service all 4 IC valves, rubstrake repaired, any small abrasions to floor repaired, new beaching plate, speed tube toggle, awesome boat best of the lot. $3500
1998 Zodiac FC470, very good/excellent condition, new sacfricial transom board, one small patch to top of rear main tube (hole was approx 1inch tear, not near any seam, good as new) new rubstrake, rebuilt/serviced all 4 IC valves, new batten board, could use new flywheel covers for the IC valves but not necessary) extremely nice boat
$3000
1993 Zodiac FC470, good/very good condition, new batten board, small patch on keel, new speed tube supply tubes, new prisoner clamps, all 4 IC valves rebuilt/serviced, TB has a few horizontal cracks that are purely cosmetic, and some of the D-rings and handles need to be reattached (cosmetic) $2500 (pending sale)
2003 Zodiac FC-470 excellent condition except it appears to be missing all 4 IC valves so I cant air it up, this could be the best boat here if I had the valves but since I dont and I have enough other projects, Ill price this one cheap. $1500
Unknown year Zodiac with no data plate, appears to be same length as FC470 but it is considerably wider, unusual boat has 2 inflation points and 4 pressure relief valves, has speed tubes, undersides of tubes look great but the topsides are really rough with numberous rips and tears. will take alot of patching but the price is right $500
All these boats (except for the 2003 that I dont have valves for) are great boats that are fully serviced and ready to go. I just spent over $3000 having these boats all serviced so they are good to go and will be great boats for many more years to come. All boats are totally airtight and tested. I will be making custom one or two piece hard floors for these that will be available at a reasonable extra cost (I think about $500), or for free I will include the floor template with any of these boats as the floor is very simple to make and will be a vast improvement over the original design. I may have access to one or two roll up floors as well if you want one with these boats, they are around $500 but although they are original zodiac floors, they are not nearly as stable or rigid as my custom floors will be, but if you need the ultimate in portability and want to sacrifice speed and strength it may be an option.
