Intermediate Powerboat Course - This Coming Weekend - 149 or 2 for 249

RYA Intermediate Powerboat Course - 10th & 11th March

The Intermediate Powerboat syllabus aims to provide a level of training to suit those who use powerboats more frequently, and in more advanced conditions. The two-day course involves a short coastal passage, and covers practical use of daytime pilotage and passage planning skills, using both traditional and electronic navigational techniques on coastal waters.

The Intermediate Powerboat Course is a progression from the National Powerboat Level 2 Course, and aims to teach powerboating up to the standard required to plan a passage, and complete a day cruise on coastal waters during daylight hours.

Subjects Covered:
Fuel and engine checks
Effect of waves and rougher conditions
Power trim and trim tabs
Berthing in different situations
Use of GPS in high-speed navigation and pilotage by day

We would normally aim to cover 70nm - 100nm within the north of Cardigan Bay in our MCA Coded Diesel Revenger on this course.

Last Minute Cancellation - 149 each or 2 for 249 - B&B Available

Kind Regards
