We are a Southampton based carbon fibre laminators, we produce new and bespoke carbon fibre dash panels for the marine industry. We have been producing carbon fibre panels for boats around 3 years.
Though we had been making panels for boats, we hadnt produced any parts for Ribs, other than the dash for the Race Rib - 'Argentum'. However, we have just completed a dash panel for a Cougar R8 Rib, we and the owner were very pleased with the results.
All of our panels are made using a crystal clear marine grade resin and some also use a marine spec bio-foam core. All items are finished in hard 2pack glosscoat and polished for a lasting shine that will not degrade in the harshest of marine environments.
We can make either flat panels 1-5mm thick in 100% carbon fibre or can make thicker panels with radiused edges using a biofoam core. All panels are made so any gauges can be fitted with the original fixings.
