zooming in on a navman 550

Guys, help!

i used to be able to zoom in to each marker bouy on my navman, but on the last 2 trips i can only zoom into to a rough outline of the coast, it seems i have clicked a setting to stop me seeing the details, any ideas (have read the manual twice!)

Mine did this a couple of times and I had to switch the unit off and then after two or three tries it switched back into the zoom mode. Very frustrating when looking at the whole coast line and roads!!!!!
I bet there is an easier way but this worked for me and I had to keep pushing zoom in/out to focus the unit to do what it should do.

cheers I'll try that, like you say there must be an 'offical' way that someone knows. I got some help in the past from the navman dealer in the US by not telling him where I lived, so maybe will try that too

my 5505 did a similar thing, switched it off, took my card out and switched it back on, then switched it off again and put the card back in, that cured it.
wierd
