Yamaha Multifunction guage

Is there somebody who could tell me where the red, blue, yellow, white and (2) black wires go to??

Ian - If i remember correctly my yam colours are:

Yellow: +12V dc when ignition key is turned on.
Green: tacho signal
Black: ground (-ve battery) not sure if yours are both the same.
Red: +12V contantly on (even with key off).

I think the blue is probably for your lights - but hows it switched?
I thought white was for your kill cord?

You might also have pink wire for alarms? and orange for trim position feed?

If I remember correctly when I looked this up for mine - some of the colours were slightly differen for 4strokes.

Thanks for your reply Polwart i was begining to think i had done this thread in invisible ink, it took me nearly two weeks but i finally found the colours to be.
BLUE-BACK LIGHT
YELLOW-POWER
RED-+12v PERM LIVE
WHITE-FUEL GAUGE
BLACK-EARTH
