I'm guessing you only have a single unit setup? Because if you have 2 units, just swap over the bulb - You'll soon know if it's the bulb or not

All help appreciated. Unfortunately its only a single unit setup. Looks like a complete new one is in order, probably cheaper than getting the bulb. Not too bad a price from the US. I'm just waiting for a postage cost.

Funny old world where a complete unit is only a little more than one of its component parts.

Have you tried International Lamps? This is the specialist lamp supplier I use when I need something weird for the Hospital
