triple navigation lights

Hello,

I'm looking for the provider in Europe of the triple 360° (red-white-red) navigation light, you can see on the A-frame of the following picture:

The stack of lights or the single with red, green at the front and white at the stern?

Looks like one of these to me as they have nav lights too

Ugly or what, looks like a tube of pastilles, I've seen better connected with st/st tubing. Will have a look for them.
