Trim Tab Gauges

Is there such a thing as trim gauges?
my buttons are boring black and i have no way of telling where they are set( i suspect with more experience i will)

If your tabs are Bennett, yes there is. There is a new switch system which includes the tab indicators or there is the add on system which is two vertical rows of LEDs. As the tabs go down the LEDs illuminate downwards. There is also an auto retract system and if you don't have this, you should get it.

Also if they are Bennett you will very soon be able to get a simple connector which will interface with any Lowrance (NMEA2000) plotter or sonar and will give you position sliders as overlay data on any screen.

This will be a much cheaper option if you already have a Lowrance unit and might be worth checking out even if you don't.

My QL trim tabs come with them as standard.

How are those tabs working out for you Cod? Very interesting design concept, I was wondering how effective they are? Your opinion please...

Not very well at the moment as they are still in the box!!! Will let you know when I get around to fitting them this winter!!!
