Swiftech M-198 charging adapter polarity

Anyone out there have a Swiftech M198 handheld VHF ?
If so, can they tell me :
- what size the charging plug is ?
- whether it's the inside pin or the outside pin that is positive ?
- What rating the charger is (ie mAhours)

I have the radio and batterym, but no charger.

cheers

polarity

The outside is normally negative to prove this you will get continuity between the outside of the socket and the outside screen of the areial connection, inner of socket is therefore positive
