smart craft guages

I have been looking into getting smart craft gauges either the sc1000 or the mercmonitor set up has any body got them already and whats your thoughts on them my main requirements are rpm trim fuel used water temp oil pressure engine hours and fault codes at a later date I intend linking it up to a chart plotter when more cash becomes available
