My 6 month old Silva S10 developed a display problem after a particularly rough trip back to Plymouth from Newton Ferrers last week. The VHF functioned fine, but the display was blank.
On monday, i posted it back to SILVA
It arrived late Tuesday Morning
I got a BRAND NEW replacement this afternoon (Wednesday) delivered to work, from silva at no cost.
Thanks to Silva for really outstanding customer service, its nice to know that there are still some companies that actually care about the customer .
