oh and leeson learnt from this DO NOT PUT MMSI NO IN A SAFE PLACE SO SAFE CAN'T FIND IT , had to phone the radio peeps for my no .
i now have 3 records of the no in 3 safe places (forgotten two of them already

Might I suggest registering an online CG66, also your details are on the ITU website http://www.itu.int/cgi-bin/htsh/mars/ship_search.sh pop it in your favourites and you will never loose your MMSI again.

I reckon that "Occupation: Falmouth Coastguard (MRCC)" and "Trust me I'm a Coastguard!!" just about gives enough clue!
