Scanstrut Customer Service

I drilled the bung for my Scanstrut DS40 gland and buggered it up. I e-mailed Scanstrut to see if I could just buy the bung. They sent me a new bung free of charge and it arrived the next day.

Very good customer service. Now to try and not knacker the new one!
