Raymarine Dragonfly Pro 7 Advice / Help

Struggling to format my card so I can download my charts - obviously something simple I'm missing. Have the plotter off the boat so could do with someone that knows what they're doing & with a power supply in Lancashire / NW England.

Any help recommendations appreciated
