Raymarine AIS650

I was about to bite the bullet on a Raymarine AIS500, I just needed a bit more "girding my loins" time, but as I was trolling around 't net I came across this AIS650 It's not even on Raymarines website yet, does anyone know if it's vapour ware or does it actually exist for purchase. The price is certainly more attractive (or should that be less scary) than the AIS500.
