Pl259?

Does this look like a PL259 connector fits onto it? I've tried my old connector but it doesn't seem to want to know. But the old one is a bit scabby.

I've also read that a N plug is a Gordon Brown to solder. Ever done one?

there's one for RG58 cable which is standard CoAx as I understand it, don't know about the solering side of things but must be worth a punt.
