Problem with 2005 Optimax 90 gauge's;
When ignition is turned on the Fuel gauge & Smart gauge sometimes has a completely blank screen then it can come on again & go off. Everything seem's to running ok but cant explain the blank screen? Have tried to turn off & on again but problem is still there....Does anyone have any ideas?

Check the pin connectors behind the dial could be a loose fitting if not then replace them.

Also if you have high hours on your opti check the alternator rubber mounts on the bracket as I have just replaced my bracket after having a bolt shear for the third time lucky to not lose the compressor as the belt was shredded.
