MT-500 mic corroded inside

Hi all. Unfortunately water has found its way to the inside of my m-tech mt-500 microphone.

As these mics cannot be unplugged from the radio (in perfect working order) by cable i'm wondering what to do next. I could quite easily re solder the connections on but i'd need someone with a faulty unit to get hold of the board.

any help is much appreciated.

Do you think this is fixable if I clean up the board and casing?
