Matrix 20 Fish Finder With Gps And Water Temp ????

I have seen the above on ebay; I was on the lookout for a seperate fish finder and GPS but this seems to fit the bill, as well as having the advantage of taking up half the space.
Just wondered if anyone had one of these, or knew if they were any good. This one comes with the GPS ariel etc. and is going for £240 buy it now.
