Lowrence Elite 4 Chirp GPS Plotter

Hi
I have the above plotter on my RIB but when I load the micro sd card into my laptop, there isn't any data showing where I've been, although when it's plugged in on my boat, the screen is full of magenta lines, showing my previous routes.

Am I doing something wrong, or have I not put the correct settings on it?

I use Garmin which has a slightly different process but I think the Lowrence plotters need you to find in the menu where your force the tracks to be saved to the SD card (i.e. Save to card) before you take it out and put in the PC??
