Im looking at those Stainless steel covered ones.

can anyone who has bought them confirm if they are of good quality??

Bought a pair of Stainless finished LED Nav lights from an Austrailian Ebay company, I'm very impressed with these lights and are marked USCG and COLREG 2NM delivery was 4 days. Price was 45 Aus$

I had a look at these people too and being a bit of a pikey, thought that $60 + postage was a little expensive

This is not a criticism, just a comment. I know that the requirement for visibility of small boat nav lights is 2 nautical miles but are you happy for a large boat to need to be only 2 miles away when you get seen?
