Help with fishfinder
Hello all.
I'm a newcomer to the world of fishfinders. I'm looking for a fish finder with gps as well,
I think I'm going to go for the Lowrance Elite-4 HDI Combo with 83-200 455/800 kHz Transducer, currently going for £229 at force 4.
It is a chartplotter, downscaner and fishfinder in one.
It comes with a Navionics Gold Small download. Can you please tell me what the download covers, is it a coastal map of Britain or just specific coast lines and can I download various areas or do you have to chose just one area.
Sorry I must sound a bit amateurish but as I said I'm a fishfinder virgin.
