That's tricky math. But seeing as how I told you how to enter your MMSI last season, I get your share (simple math)

Hey guys, let's not get too heavy here. My point was that although I understand a distributor has got to earn a living, there are times that a bit of customer service goes a long way. They could have emailed me the instruction, rather than insisting I sent the unit back to them, causing a lot of unnecessary hassle for me. In fact they lied to me, as there was no need to even remove the set from the boat! If I have to ever buy another fixed VHF I will certainly try and avoid buying anything traded through this distributor.
On a similar issue, I bought an Icom handheld as a backup. I know I bought the budget model, but when I asked the Icom people at Ribex about the possibilities of fitting an earpiece, the guy looked down his nose a bit at me and said what did I expect from the entry level model, that is made to a price. This to me was not good for customer relations.

No idea sorry but if I'd bought one new, I'd say I have it fitted and in use, therefore send me a new one ( proper new this time) and I'll return the not new one!
