GPS for a Searider 4M

I'm looking for a GPS for my SR4M, and I'm not sure what to buy so I'd like to ask your advice

it has to be

-watertight, as it will be mounted ontop of the console, and thus be exposed to lots of spray
-not too expensive(I don't wanna pay 700 quid for a GPS)

I've been looking into the subject for some time but I have no idea what you need and what you don't need

some can go on plug, or put socket on the console, you only want something small had garmin 12 xl as back up there be fine
