Garmin 451s...... Co-ordinates !

hi there, i've just bought a garmin 451s and when trying to in put a waypoint the format for the co-ordinates is NZ 62525 not the typical northing and easting and so on. i have
48786
been through the menu trying to find how to change it and can not find anything.

any help will be appreciated.....

It should be set to Lat/Long hdddºmm.mmm by default, but you can check by going into the menu and selecting:

Configure > Preferences > Units

then look at:

Map Datum

and

Position Format.

excellent, that has sorted it out, it was set to the british heading. thanx for the quick reply.
