Available on the US Lowrance site.

Actually, that manual covered your unit as well.

You'd need to print to scale, but that shouldn't be too hard to do.

Poke around on the Lowrance site, and you may find a to-scale drawing, but I wouldn't hold my breath about it.

I know but the template was just for the smaller LCX 27C that only has 4 fixings. For some reason they dont print a picture of the template of mine in the book.

Have not been able to find any copies of this template online, either to scale or not to scale

For most of these, the cutout sits just clear of the fillet (rounded portion) of the bulge on the back. That should (I think) leave about 3/4" or more of the rear of the faceplate sitting on the console face (or wherever you're mounting it.)

Take a piece of cardboard and an X-Acto knife, and start trimming away cardboard til it sits on the flat on the rear rim of the unit. That'll be your template.

The older units (like my LMS-332), as I recall, used a large square "U" of stainless bar with the legs braced against the back of the console, and a couple of screws into the unit through the "bottom" of the U. Cheap and easy way of mounting, I suppose; worked well, but didn't look all that sexy from inside the console.

I have made a cardboard template however there are 6 small holes that I need to get in exactly the right place and this is not easy. I think it will be OK however.

I have just phone Lowrance and they are going to try and email me a template so will see how that turns out.
