Fish/Wreck Finder

After 22 years of sterling service my NASA video hydrograph has finally died. Now need a new sounder mainly for wreck location. Was looking at Garmin 100 and 140 are these any good for picking up well broken wrecks? Any other suggestions (similar price range) from the wreck divers among you.
