Chartplotter Auto Routing

Are there any chartplotters out there that will automatically plot a route for you to a given destination.

I have a simple garmin 178C at the moment.

It knows the state of tide at any moment in time and It knows the depth of the water at any point on the chart.

It would seem only a very simple program would be needed that you could supply a minimum depth to and possibly even a minimum horizontal distance from any hazards then the plotter automatically calculate a route for you avoiding all obstacles and shallow water.
