Aerial help

Hi guys,

I’m after a bit of advice please. I’ve bought a vtronix raider whip for my rib and rather than use the L plate provided to screw on the side of the a frame I’d like to use the stainless 4 hole bolt plate for the old aerial.

Trouble is both have male screw threads, so I need a female coupler. They also have different size screw threads, so I was wondering if anyone else had done this.

Thanks in advance

Hi Boris, I found one. It’s £8 from marine superstore but they want £25 to ship to Jersey. What a rip off. Needless to say, I didn’t take them up on their offer. Did you say you might have one??

Hi Si, thanks for the offer. I’m hoping to just drill a big enough hole to screw it directly to the a frame, but if that doesn’t work out, I may take you up on your generous offer. Much appreciated.

Regards

Craig
