Thanks guys. Checked the manual and it says "Tx current 6 amps @ 25W".

I've changed the order to a 7.5 amp fuse.

Unsure about the term radially you are using in this context if you mean outward from centre, centre being the main feed then yes, i.e fused feed into fuse box and individual circuits fused to connected equipment. Same methodology as consumer unit feeding ring, then the fused plug top feeding appliance !!

Ah right! so what size fuse would you put in the fused feed to the fuse box? or for that matter, the ring main on a consumer unit?

PS Radial, parallel & Ring are all standard terms to describe distribution systems, but with 38 years experience..................

Simple question, would you fit a fuse into a circuit that had a higher rating than the supply cable? e.g. would you fit a 20A fuse into a cable rated at 10A & if not, why not?
