New build rib parts & servicing no probs for either
rib not mine but owner fancies yam as he likes colour to match tubes

Neither. 40hp will be lack-lustre, with anything more than a couple of people on board. The new Yamaha F60 and Suzuki DF60 are only 110kg.

the rib is to be a tender and all up weight is important
