I just installed the 3 gauge Yamaha command link with the multi-function tach and I think I have a manual. What are you looking for?

Would like to know what the set button does?....as mine doesn't do anything.

And what is the wedge shape symbol at the bottom of the gauge?

Many thanks.

According to my manual the icons on the bottom of the tach from left to right mean:
Cooling water pressure - looks like a bulb with water in it.
Oil pressure - looks like a bulb with a droplet in it
Oil level - looks like an oil can
Cooling water/engine temp - looks like a thermometer in water
Battery voltage - looks like a battery

The set + mode should activate the back light if you are trying to see if your set button works. If you still need the manual let me know and I can send it as well.

Set can be used to 'fix' your favourite display. For example, my Yamaha came showing miles per hour, I used a combination of mode and set to get it to always show KPH.

It can also be used to recalibrate the gauges.

In desperation does anyone know if the gauge has a setting switch on the back as i think my revs are reading 50% down. I am going by my tiny tach which has has different settings?

Cheers

Round (old school, pre-2005, I think) or Square (Command-Link)?

I may have the old round gauge instructions around somewhere.

Gibbo;

If SLOJava's is the wrong one, I'll take a look for mine. Should be the same (or close enough to it), though.
