yamaha 2stroke 2 cyl

the above will not tick over and when i turn the throtlle it dies ,the idle mixture screw makes no difference whether in or out,have cleaned out main and slow running jet and checked float and needle Help.

Does sound like fuel. Is it fresh, tank ventilated?

Think Jizm is right, sound like the fuel pump to me, might just need cleaning out or a new diaphragm.
