Yam F100 4 stroke - fuel consumption

What fuel consumption are other people with Yam 100 4 strokes getting on their boats please?

Alternatively any advice on what I should plan for very, very very approx. Assume full throttle. 6m boat.

Never bothered with it before (just keep on filling), but need to plan fuel for a cruise.

Thanks!

Rich L

Wot 31 liters an hour.
Cruising 16 liter at 3500 rpm. 40 kmh.
Buster Boat 5 meter 550 kilo's total.
That's 2.5 kilometers per liter.

Rich,

I used to get 2-2.5 galls per hour cruising at all speeds but favouring about 4-4500 rpm(max 5600-6100) on a Humber assault 5.7-0.55 too 0.85 miles per litre

see http://www.yamaha-motor.com/outboard...px?ls=outboard for more details on a range of boats but bear in mind they quote U.S. gallons
